You can buy water bottles that hold two litres, so if you’re around the house or in the office, you can just keep sipping away so you know exactly how much you’ve had and how much is left to go. When you drink a lot of water, it will also naturally make you feel less full, so it might be that you naturally cut down on the unhealthy foods that you consume throughout the day. Start drinking more water and you’ll honestly feel a great transformation.
Book A Dentist Appointment
Another component of health that is often neglected is oral health! Having a healthy smile is often taken for granted, and if you don’t look after it properly, it certainly won’t last forever. So, as well as brushing, flossing and using mouthwash, you should book a dentist appointment. Even if you don’t think there are any problems, you should be going to the dentist every 6 months, so they can make sure everything is healthy and also identify issues whilst they are more simple to treat. You can gradually build up over time but there is no rush to, simply start by getting out in the fresh air and getting your body moving, rain or shine!
